Project Ginger has a strong belief in the power of connection and communities.
The Committed Community – Adult : Adult Agency. In plain terms, it is a group of adults who each take ownership and choose to pull in the same direction.
We are experts at creating committed communities, building connections between individuals, organisations, industries and sectors.
Community gives people the safety to take real risks. It creates a real sense of confidence and belonging that are key to human agency. Connection shapes relationships, direction and influence.
Our Ambition
Our ambition is to create Project Ginger Committed Community as an invitation-only community for leaders who believe in human agency.
Our alumni, past and present, along with clients, associates and friends, are invited to create a place where you feel you belong. That really holds you. When you are at your lowest and highest. A place where we and each member invest in each other and helping each maintain and increase their own personal agency.
Throughout the year, we will host a calendar of curated dinners and celebration evenings. A members' directory will make it easy to find and connect with one another.
